Flavours

All cakes at Claudia Polini Cake Design are freshly made to order using the freshest and highest quality ingredients including real butter, free range eggs, Madagascan bourban vanilla and Belgian cacao and chocolate ensuring that your cake will taste every bit as amazing as it looks.

Each tier is at least 15 cm deep and coated with a layer of Belgian white chocolate ganache and the finest quality Swiss fondant icing finished with sharp, crisp edges.

Allergies

We do not provide eggless or dairy free cakes. All cakes contain gluten and may contain nuts or traces of nuts. Gluten free cakes can be made for those with a gluten intolerance, but not a gluten allergy, as our kitchen is not a certified allergy free work space.
